How are you. Handling the
many change that are taking place in your life whatever scenario it may
be!
Well hold on everyone,
there is more to come. With these solar flares hitting the planet, thank
goodness our beautiful small planet has this energy force field that counters
the suns flares or we would be frazzled. Apparently it happens every so many
years, so quite a normal event. However it can affect the personality of a human
and often create changes in weather patterns, earth movements, etc.
For us humans we can
experience a scattered mind, excess worrying about old hurts, habits, etc or
feeling unfocused and confused about life's path, physical symptoms such as
swirling stomach, headaches, depressed feelings, too much energy, spaceness,
overactive mind, tiredness.
How to be less effected
is to remain focused, don't panic, there is a bigger picture and be grateful.
Just get our of your mind. Practice meditation or a relaxation activity daily.
Don't believe your mind and the thoughts. Everything is not the same. Everything
is moving fast and we have to move with it.
When you ride a wave on
the ocean in surfing. You don't panic. You have the skills, the tools and when
it comes you go with it, riding it, moving with it. Sometimes you fall off but
on you get again, cause when you flow with the energy of the wave, it is an
amazing feeling.
Set aside at least 30
minutes daily for meditation. Go into a quiet, still room, sit or lie down
comfortably. Use a CD or just close your eyes and become still. Release yourself
from the state of discomfort, dissatisfaction and discontent, let go of all
worldy wants and needs, responsibilities or worries. Let it all flow out of the
body. Out of the mind.
Search for some inner
calmness either at the heart centre, or eyebrow centre. Stay there, be still.
Even if your mind wanders, bring it back to stillness. You can use the breath
to focus, a mantra, symbol.
If you do this daily or
on a regular basis you will definitely find an amazing change in the way you
act, view and relate to the world around you. You will begin to learn how your
mind works and direct it to make better choices, ones that are filled with love,
peace, contentment, happiness, cause thats what we all really
want.
Its attainable. One path
of yoga is the yoga of equanimity, samatvam, it is the yoga of peace,
contentment, equanimity and balance of mind, it a vital need for everyone.
Anyone trying to live a fulfilling life must know how to maintain equanimity
under all circumstances and be able to sustain calmness. Like accepting life as
it is given and knowing how to utilize every moment of existence as a means to
evolve one's consciousness. In other words, get rid of our limited thinking
processes, get rid of the war-like mentality that has plagued humanity for
centuries. Think, happiness, act in a happy way, be joyful, grateful, kind, see
the silver lining on the horizons, take the opportunities, make it
happen.
